Other projects currently in the works include a 23,000 square foot office building recently completed on Ashe Road, south of District, which is the first phase of a 24-acre multiphase development. The project is designed for a total of 250,000 square feet of retail and office space. Additionally, the company has negotiated a public/private partnership with CSUB for a development on excess land on the university campus. Development of a project for the site and its ground breaking are scheduled to take place over the next 18 months.
