4925 Commerce Drive

This 12,500 square foot multi-tenant office building is located in Bakersfield's premier office sub-market off Truxtun Extension on Commerce Drive. The building was designed with several green elements that optimize energy efficiency. These elements included a green screen, natural light sources and a reflective roof. Gregory D.
