Ashe Road Place

5215 Ashe Road, located just south of Woodmere Drive, was completed in January, 2009. The 23,700 square foot single story building was designed as a multi-tenant speculative office building just south of Stockdale Industrial Park. The vacant building was purchased by the Centre for Neuro Skills, which now occupies the entire building. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. coordinated the land acquisition, land subdivision, architecture, financing, construction and sale of the property.
