Commonwealth Plaza

This three phase development is located on 4.5 acres at the northwest corner of Truxtun Avenue and Oak Street and consists of a 50,704 square foot, three story professional office building and two 7,000 square foot retail/restaurant buildings. Buildings and site layout, designed by David Milazzo, AIA, incorporate leading edge design criteria and feature curvilinear reflective glass and granite accents. The project was originally developed as a joint venture limited partnership between Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. and PG&E Properties, Inc. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. currently manages the property.
