Linn Energy Building

This 53,950 square foot, three-story professional office building development is located on Truxtun Avenue east of Commercial Way. The building, originally constructed for Santa Fe Energy Resources, was designed by David Milazzo, AIA. It incorporates leading edge design criteria including an energy efficient acrylic plaster exterior with reflective glass. The building is now primarily occupied by LINN Energy. This project was sold in 1997 and continues to be managed by Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc.
