Rosedale Gateway Plaza

Rosedale Gateway Plaza is a neighborhood shopping center completed in 2006. Located on Rosedale Highway just west of Allen Road. The project contains four retail buildings totalling approximately 27,000 square feet. McKently Malak of Pasadena, California was the architect for this project. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. was the project developer and currently manages the property.
