3131 Arrow Street is a 20,400 square foot single story commercial building originally constructed for Office Club and located in a shopping center with Costco and Home Base. The shopping center is bordered by Buck Owens Blvd, Gilmore Street and Arrow Street. After many years of operating in the shopping center, Office Club, Home Base and Costco all vacated their respective buildings. 3131 Arrow Street was acquired in 2006, and repurposed into a processing center and court rooms for the Superior Court of California, which occupies the entire building. Mckently Malak of Pasadena, California was the remodel architect. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. was the developer and currently manages the property.
