Truxtun Place

Truxtun Place consists of a 42,000 square foot, two story professional office building located on 2.5 acres on Truxtun Avenue west of Mohawk. This building development was completed in June 1991. The building and site layout were designed by BFGC Architects and incorporates leading edge criteria and state of the art quality building materials to include Dryvit exterior and reflective glass. Current major tenants include Kern Health Systems, Foundation for Medical Care and Sun World International. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. was the project developer and currently manages the property.
