University Office Center

This proposed project is a professional office complex containing up to 283,000 square feet on a 12.5 acre site on the campus of California State University, Bakersfield (“CSUB”). It will be a public-private endeavor between CSUB and the developer Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. Conceptualized as a three building project designed by Delawie of San Diego. The first phase is a three-story building of approximately 61,000 square feet on 4.3 acres at the northwest corner of Camino Media and Scarlet Oak Blvd. Construction was completed in 2022 and it is now home to Bakersfield College Southwest Campus.
