University Place

Bakersfield University Place is a four building office development located across from California State University, Bakersfield. The project contains a total of 52,000 square feet consisting of one two-story professional office building containing 32,000 square feet, two 5,000 square foot office/retail buildings and one 10,000 square foot office/retail building. The project architect was Nadel Architects of Los Angeles. The building was constructed by S.C. Anderson, Inc. Gregory D. Bynum and Associates, Inc. was the project developer and currently manages the property.
