Univision Broadcast Center

This project is a build-to-suit 15,237 square foot television Broadcast Center located in the heart of Bakersfield’s prime commercial office market on Truxtun Avenue frontage. The building contains state-of-the-art office and support areas. The architect for this project was David Milazzo, AIA. Gregory D. Bynum & Associates, Inc. was the developer. The Broadcast Center contains facilities for KUVI and KABE. Univision Television Group, owner of the new Broadcast Center, maintains an approximate 70% share of the U.S. Hispanic viewing audience.
