Donald G. Bynum

Don Bynum graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2001 with a degree in Economics. During his time at UC Davis, he was an All-American swimmer and a member of the Men’s Swim Team.

After graduation, Don joined Bynum Inc. full-time, where he focused on property management, project management, and commercial brokerage. He holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Throughout his career, Don has managed approximately 35 tenant improvement projects and has played a key role in the management of several development projects. Today, in addition to leading business development efforts, he oversees construction projects and provides strategic guidance to the Property Management Team at Bynum Inc.

Don is the founder and principal owner of Temblor Brewing Company. He also serves as a Founding Member of the Community Action Partnership of Kern Foundation Board of Directors. In addition, he is also an owner of the private club The Gentleman.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Don enjoys spending time with his wife and son, listening to music, and practicing the art of bonsai.
